1-year furniture warranty
Our furniture comes with a one-year warranty. The coverage, start date and claim process are set out in your approved quote and warranty documents.
Custom-made furniture & returns
Once installed, furniture made specifically for your apartment is non-refundable for a change of mind. This does not affect your warranty or statutory rights if an item is defective or does not match the agreed specification.
